I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I am authorized to act on behalf of GoPro, Inc. (“GoPro”). As you are likely aware, GoPro is an award-winning producer of cameras, accessories and technology that enable people to self-capture immersive and engaging footage of themselves enjoying their favorite activities. GoPro’s products are transforming the way people capture, manage, and share meaningful photo and video content. GoPro’s branded content is shared and enjoyed by millions of people online via the company’s website at www.gopro.com.
GoPro is the exclusive owner of numerous Intellectual Property Rights (”IPRs”) in various countries, including but not limited to copyrighted images displayed on the its official website gopro.com.
It has recently come to our attention that the website www.oehling.cz displays copyright protected works owned by GoPro. I have a good faith belief that such use has not been authorized by GoPro, its agents or the law, and constitutes copyright infringement.

Therefore, on behalf of GoPro I demand that you immediately cease and desist all infringements of GoPro's IPRs, including but not limited to removing any and all content at the infringing domain, and immediately and permanently take down the infringing webpage.
While GoPro is interested in resolving this issue amicably, if you do not comply with the aforementioned request within two (2) days after receiving this letter, GoPro is prepared to take whatever measures may be necessary to protect its valuable intellectual property rights.
GoPro reserves all rights, more specifically the right to claim for full damages, loss of profits, account of profits, legal costs and the destruction of the infringing products.
The information contained in this letter is accurate and shall not affect in any way, the rights, remedies and/or defenses of my client, all of which are expressly reserved.
